Job summary

Sisco Jobs is seeking a senior CMM Engineer (Card Merchant Management) for a Bahrain-based client. You will manage, configure, and troubleshoot the ACI CMM platform within a banking/payment environment, supporting the merchant acquiring lifecycle and end-to-end settlement workflows.

Preferred candidates have 7+ years in Banking/FinTech, hands-on ACI CMM experience, and strong Oracle/SQL/PL-SQL skills, with proven integration capabilities across Postilion, T24, and middleware.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Banking/FinTech and Merchant Acquiring domain.
• Hands-on experience with ACI CMM, settlement workflows, databases, and payment-system integrations.
• Strong Oracle/SQL/PL-SQL knowledge.
• Experience with payment switches and core banking integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, support, and troubleshoot the ACI CMM platform in a banking/payment environment.
• Support merchant acquiring lifecycle: onboarding, configuration, pricing, fees, transactions, settlements.
• Manage end-to-end settlement and reconciliation workflows for merchant acquiring.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot database components using Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Perform application and operational support in Linux/Unix.
• Integrate merchant acquiring/payment systems with Postilion, T24/core banking systems, and middleware.
• Investigate transaction, settlement, reconciliation, and interface issues across platforms.
• Coordinate with banking, payments, infra, database, and integration teams to maintain CMM operations.
• Production support and troubleshooting in banking/payment environments.
• Understanding of payment transaction flows and interface dependencies.
• Experience across merchant acquiring, payment switching, core banking, and settlement systems.

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of CMM Engineer (Card Merchant Management) in Bahrain. Our client is a reputed organization in the Banking / FinTech sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, support, and troubleshoot the ACI CMM (Card Merchant Management) platform within a banking/payment environment.
  
• Support the complete merchant acquiring lifecycle, including merchant onboarding, configuration, pricing, fee structures, transaction processing, and settlement.
  
• Manage and troubleshoot end-to-end settlement and reconciliation workflows for merchant acquiring transactions.
  
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot database components using Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  
• Perform application and operational support activities within Linux/Unix environments.
  
• Integrate merchant acquiring/payment systems with payment switches such as Postilion, core banking platforms such as T24, and middleware systems.
  
• Investigate transaction, settlement, reconciliation, and interface issues across interconnected payment platforms.
  
• Coordinate with banking, payments, infrastructure, database, and integration teams to maintain reliable CMM operations.
  

Required Skills

• ACI CMM Platform Expertise — Strong hands-on expertise with the ACI Card Merchant Management platform is mandatory.
  
• Merchant Acquiring — Strong understanding of POS acquiring lifecycle, merchant onboarding, merchant configuration, pricing, and fee structures.
  
• Settlement & Reconciliation — Strong knowledge of end-to-end merchant settlement and reconciliation workflows.
  
• Oracle / SQL / PL-SQL — Strong experience querying, troubleshooting, and supporting Oracle-based payment applications.
  
• Payment System Integration — Experience integrating payment platforms with Postilion or similar payment switches, T24/core banking systems, and middleware.
  

Preferred Skills

• Production support and troubleshooting experience within banking/payment environments.
  
• Strong understanding of payment transaction flows and interface dependencies.

Work Experience Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of professional experience is required. Candidates should have substantial hands-on experience in the Banking / FinTech and Merchant Acquiring domain, with strong exposure to ACI CMM, settlement workflows, databases, and payment-system integrations.

Education

• Minimum: Typical — Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  
• Additional: Relevant payments, ACI, Oracle, or banking technology certifications are advantageous
