Job summary

Hilton in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Purchasing Officer to support procurement and inventory management, ensuring timely stock and quality control across our award-winning hospitality brand.

You will collaborate with outlet managers to meet operational needs, verify invoices, and help secure competitive pricing while upholding Hilton’s high service standards across our global portfolio.

• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specifications
• Process invoices: Review invoices for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolution
• Assist with supplier management: Help secure competitive pricing, place orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.
• Perform quality checks: Inspect shipments to verify they meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards
