Job summary

Hilton in Saudi Arabia seeks a Cluster Purchasing Supervisor to oversee procurement, receiving and inventory management across our hotels. You will ensure stock levels, collaborate with outlet managers, and drive timely deliveries while upholding quality and cost standards.

You will train and supervise purchasing clerks, review invoices for accuracy, and support supplier management to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.

As a Cluster Purchasing Supervisor, you’re not just supporting the procurement and inventory management process – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Support purchasing and receiving operations: Assist with procurement, oversee receiving processes, and manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure efficient stock management
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specifications
• Process invoices: Review invoices for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolution
• Assist with supplier management: Help secure competitive pricing, place orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.
• Perform quality checks: Inspect shipments to verify they meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise purchasing and receiving clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
