Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar systems engineering/support/DevOps role.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud), firewalls, and Linux-based systems.
• Willing to work across different time zones and on weekends/holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers.
• Implement applications in the cloud (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud).
• Lead implementations at client premises, including server and application hardening and firewall setup.
• Identify and analyze system integration problems.
• Resolve server issues by identifying root causes and applying remediation.
• Formulate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and implement preventive actions to avoid issues.
• Identify recurring tasks and recommend automation tools.
• Provide on-call support for cases.
