Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Cloud Compute SME Lead to manage Level 2 support operations across multi-data center infrastructure, driving stability, performance, and continuity of core IT services. You will lead incident resolution, provisioning, and support initiatives in hybrid cloud environments, including Azure, GCP, OCI, and Red Hat OpenShift.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, managing complex infrastructure domains and guiding cloud migration projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years IT infrastructure experience, with managerial exposure.
• Certifications in relevant architectures and IT service management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the L2 support team across multi-data center infrastructure.
• Own incident and problem management with timely root-cause analysis.
• Ensure service fulfillment and provisioning for OS, database, storage, backup, virtualization, and networking.
