Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs on behalf of the client. You will drive delivery, integration, governance, and decision-making across multiple workstreams as a client-side leader.

The role requires independent leadership, proactive risk resolution, and coordination across stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes. Strong experience in governance, interfaces, and strategic delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or strategic delivery roles.
• Experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong background in integration management, interface management, and governance.
• Proven ability to operate independently and lead senior stakeholders.
• Experience in client-side organizations, PMOs, major development programs, or government environments.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and risk management awareness.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic programs and projects.
• Act as the central integration point across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting structures, decision-making processes, and escalation mechanisms.
• Drive alignment between objectives, delivery plans, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure dependencies, interfaces, risks, and opportunities are proactively identified and managed.
• Manage complex interfaces across multiple projects and disciplines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration between stakeholder groups.
• Monitor program performance, schedule, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
• Lead problem-solving and decision-making across organizational boundaries.
• Operate as a client-side representative, providing leadership to RCU stakeholders and delivery teams.
