Zusammenfassung

Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a highly skilled Customer Project Manager to lead field service projects across client sites and head offices. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scopes, and ensure projects stay within budget and timeframes.

Regular on-site visits to Al Jubail and client sites are expected. The role demands deep engineering knowledge of turbomachinery, strong communication, and leadership capabilities to drive successful installations, commissioning, and

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
5–10 years of proven experience in the turbomachinery industry.
Direct experience with steam turbines, process compressors, and rotating equipment.
Ability to read complex technical drawings and produce field reports.

Aufgaben

Lead and coordinate field activities at client sites and supervise subcontractors.
Manage projects from inquiry to final billing within budget and schedule.
Coordinate administrative, contractual, technical, and commercial aspects.
Prepare detailed work scopes, project plans, and manpower plans for field projects.
Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and toolbox talks; ensure safety compliance.
