Job summary

Canon in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, cash flow, cost control and profitability of operations in KSA.

You will lead a team of 2 finance specialists and own the Financial Month Close and all reporting, while developing and monitoring internal controls.

There will be close collaboration with Marketing, Service and Supply Chain to achieve inventory targets and ensure robust financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for financial accounting and reporting for Canon in KSA.
• Lead and manage a team of 2 finance specialists.
• Oversee financial month-end close and all reporting processes.
• Develop, implement and monitor internal controls.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Service and Supply Chain to achieve inventory targets.

Job description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

1. To take full responsibility of the financial accounting, management accounting, budgeting, cash flow, cost control and profitability of Canon operations in KSA
2. Lead and manage a team of 2 finance specialists.
3. To take full responsibility for the Financial Month Close and all Financial Reporting.
4. To develop, implement and monitor the internal controls.
5. To achieve Inventory Level targets in coordination with the Marketing, Service and Supply Chain Department.

To be responsible for the Accounts Payable Function by posting invoices, expense claims, payments and other related journal entries
