Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in civil/building maintenance or facility management.
• Degree or diploma in civil engineering is mandatory.
• Experience with concrete works, finishes, and site supervision.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and construction specs.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and civil infra.
• Inspect buildings to ensure structural integrity and safety.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, work plans and progress reports.
• Supervise contractors and ensure work meets project specs and quality.
• Coordinate with mechanical/electrical teams for integrated maintenance.
• Read and interpret drawings and construction plans.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
