شركة عمر الزرعة للتطوير العقاري seeks a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead field execution on real estate projects in Saudi Arabia. You will supervise site teams, coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works, ensure compliance with designs and codes, and manage health and safety on active sites.

The role requires 5–10 years of direct supervision experience in real estate or civil projects in KSA, with SCE registration and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.

• Plan and schedule site activities.
• Coordinate across civil, structural, and MEP works.
• Track progress and report to management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil engineering activities across the project lifecycle.
• Supervise site teams and coordinate work sequencing to ensure safety and productivity.
• Conduct site handovers, surveys, and verify site readiness.
• Review submittals, drawings, and method statements and track approvals.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works and resolve interfaces.
• Develop inspection and test plans per Saudi Building Code.
• Conduct quality inspections and approve milestones.
• Identify deviations, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective actions.
• Enforce HSE requirements on all active sites.
• Measure quantities against BOQs and control costs.
• Review contractor payments based on verified progress.
• Assess change orders and monitor site variations.
• Prepare progress reports for management.
