Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.
• 5 to 8 years in civil engineering design, site supervision, or consulting.
• Experience with structural design, facility assessment, and construction supervision in commercial or industrial settings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Saudi building codes.
• Arabic and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil engineering designs, calculations, and specifications including structural elements, foundations, drainage, and site works.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and condition surveys for existing and proposed facilities.
• Provide technical consulting on civil infrastructure — tanks, wells, piping, building modifications, and facility layouts.

About the role

We are hiring a Civil Engineer to join our Engineering & Consulting department. The role provides civil engineering consulting, design support, and technical advisory services across a diversified portfolio of commercial, industrial, and residential facilities — covering structural assessment, construction supervision, facility planning, and infrastructure design.

This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Head of Engineering. The focus is on producing engineering deliverables, conducting site assessments, and supporting the operations team with technical guidance on civil works. It suits an engineer who is comfortable owning a deliverable end to end, moving between desk work and site work, and advising internal clients directly rather than working behind a large project hierarchy.

What you will do

Civil engineering design and consulting

• Prepare civil engineering designs, calculations, and specifications including structural elements, foundations, drainage, and site works
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and condition surveys for existing and proposed facilities
• Provide technical consulting on civil infrastructure — tanks, wells, piping, building modifications, and facility layouts
• Support institutional and community projects with design and owner's representative services

Drawing production and review

• Prepare and review civil engineering drawings in AutoCAD; coordinate with offshore CAD drafters for production support
• Ensure all drawings comply with Saudi building codes, municipal regulations, and project specifications
• Maintain revision control and proper documentation of all civil engineering deliverables

Technical support to operations

• Provide civil engineering support for fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects
• Advise on structural modifications, load-bearing assessments, and construction methods
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals for civil works

Coordination and reporting

• Coordinate with the MEP Engineer on multi-discipline projects
• Liaise with external engineering offices and contractors
• Prepare technical reports and engineering assessments

What we are looking for
