Job summary

Acuative Middle East leads large-scale enterprise network transformations across Saudi Arabia, leveraging Cisco SDA, SD-WAN, Wireless, and Routing & Switching to design scalable architectures and deliver high-quality implementations that align with customer business goals.

The role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing complex networks for enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco SDA, Catalyst Center, ISE, and campus fabric deployments.
• Deep expertise in Cisco SD-WAN (vManage, vBond, vSmart, WAN edge)
• Solid experience with Cisco Wireless (Catalyst Wireless Controllers, APs, RF optimization, WiFi troubleshooting)
• Strong knowledge of enterprise Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, HSRP, QoS, Multicast, network segmentation)
• Experience delivering enterprise network transformation projects independently.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Plan, Design, and Implementation activities for enterprise networking projects.
• Design and deploy Cisco SDA, SD-WAN, Wireless, and Routing & Switching solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and technical assessments to define business and technical requirements.
• Develop high-level and low-level design documentation, implementation plans, migration strategies, and test plans.
• Perform installation, configuration, integration, migration, and optimization of Cisco enterprise networking solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues during deployment and post-implementation phases.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders, project managers, architects, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to Cisco best practices, security standards, and operational excellence.
• Provide technical leadership during project execution and mentor junior engineers when required.
• Support customer acceptance testing and transition to operations teams.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Cisco CX Engineer to lead the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise network transformation projects across Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong expertise in Software-Defined Access (SDA), Cisco SD-WAN, Wireless (WiFi), and Routing & Switching technologies. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently leading customer engagements, driving technical discussions, designing scalable architectures, and delivering high-quality implementations aligned with customer business and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Cisco SDA, SD-WAN, Wireless, and Routing & Switching solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Required Skills and Experience

• Solid experience with Cisco Wireless technologies including Catalyst Wireless Controllers, Access Points, RF optimization, and WiFi troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise Routing & Switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, HSRP, QoS, Multicast, and network segmentation.
• Experience delivering enterprise network transformation projects independently.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in customer-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification preferred.
• CCNP Enterprise certification or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with automation, APIs, and programmability is an advantage.
• Familiarity with security integration and network assurance solutions is a plus.
• Experience working on large enterprise or government projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred.
