Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced senior strategist to lead the corporate performance management and strategy function. You will translate CEO and Board objectives into KPIs, cascade them across the organization, monitor performance, and report to executive management and the Board.

You will own the OKR governance, drive scenario analyses, and collaborate with Finance, Strategy, HR, and business units to ensure data integrity and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate performance management, FP&A, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate performance management framework.
• Lead the annual and in-year corporate KPI cycle.
• Translate CEO and Board objectives into measurable KPIs and targets.
• Cascade strategic objectives and KPIs through N-1 levels of the organization.
• Monitor corporate performance and identify areas requiring management intervention.
• Lead the year-end corporate performance review.
• Prepare CEO and Board-level performance reporting.
• Develop scenario analysis and management insights to support CEO decision-making.
• Own OKR governance and ensure consistency of objectives and key results.
• Partner with Finance, Strategy, HR, and business functions to validate performance data.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Support strategic planning and ensure performance management remains connected to strategic priorities.
