What You Will Deliver Workforce Productivity & Manager Effectiveness

• Shape enterprise strategies and roadmaps for the Smart & Efficient Manager and Productive & Safe Worker domains, aligned with operational priorities and Technology & Innovation objectives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify work, remove process inefficiencies and improve manager and frontline workforce effectiveness.
• Establish clear value drivers and performance measures that connect technology-enabled interventions to productivity, efficiency and workforce outcomes.

Safe & Effective Work

• Embed safety and risk considerations into the design of workforce technology and operational improvement initiatives.
• Enable technology solutions that strengthen safe work practices, workforce awareness and risk-based decision‑making.

Integrated Technology Solutions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related discipline.

Experience

• 15+ years of relevant experience across operations, operational transformation, productivity improvement, safety or technology‑enabled business improvement.
• Significant experience in industrial, mining or comparable asset‑intensive operating environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise‑scale transformation, operational excellence or workforce improvement initiatives.
• Experience applying digital, data, automation or continuous‑improvement approaches to workforce productivity or safety challenges.
