Job summary

Care Pay is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead day-to-day operations across Technology, Business Operations, Customer Care, and Complaints Management in Saudi Arabia. You will translate strategy into scalable operations, enhance customer experience, and drive efficiency as the business grows.

You will work closely with the CEO to establish KPIs, manage risks, and build high-performing teams, ensuring strong operational performance in a regulated FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationals only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Operations, including significant senior leadership.
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Technology, or regulated environments preferred.
• Proven experience leading multiple operational functions and scaling business operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.

We are building a seamless digital experience that connects financial innovation with the evolving needs of individuals and healthcare providers in Saudi Arabia.

Your Role

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will lead Care Pay’s day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence across Technology, Business Operations, Customer Care, and Complaints Management.

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate the company’s strategy into scalable operations, enhance customer experience, improve efficiency, and ensure strong operational performance as the business grows.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Technology, Business Operations, Customer Care, and Complaints Management functions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Establish clear operational KPIs, service standards, and performance measures across functions.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience, service quality, and complaint resolution.
• Identify and manage operational risks and ensure appropriate controls and processes are in place.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and business growth.

Your Expertise

• Saudi Nationals Only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Operations, including significant experience in a senior leadership role.
• Experience within FinTech, Financial Services, Technology, or a regulated environment is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in leading multiple operational functions and scaling business operations.
• Strong understanding of technology-enabled operations, process optimization, customer experience, and performance management.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• An MBA or Master’s degree in a related field is considered an advantage.
