Job summary

The Vice President Finance and Administration at Midana Exploration Company will lead the finance, procurement, HR, legal, governance and office administration for MEC and related KSA entities. The role is based in Jeddah with travel to Riyadh, other JV offices in KSA and Australia.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance is required.
Master’s degree or MBA is highly desirable.
Valid KSA driving license is required.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all finance and commercial functions of MEC and related KSA entities.
Ensure all finance reporting to MEC Board and related KSA entities is accurate and timely.
Ensure MEC treasury function is maintained to support the objectives.
Develop and manage MEC’s consolidated operating and capital budget.
Oversee HR recruitment, onboarding, payroll, visas, and benefits management.
Develop procurement policies and supplier management; ensure value and compliance.
Lead legal policies and corporate governance in coordination with HPPL as needed.
Oversee administration, travel, and vehicle logistics.
