Confidential Careers in Riyadh is seeking a senior leader to drive the company’s real estate investment, development, and asset management agenda, maximizing portfolio value and investment returns across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

You will oversee acquisitions, development, planning, construction, leasing, and project delivery, while guiding a high-performing team to optimize occupancy and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Extensive executive leadership experience in real estate investment, development, or property management.
• Proven track record in acquisitions, development projects, and portfolio management.
• Strong expertise in feasibility studies, financial modeling, asset valuation and investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition, development, and disposal of real estate assets in line with the investment strategy.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities, land acquisitions, development projects, and joint ventures.
• Oversee full development lifecycle: feasibility, land planning, design, construction, leasing, and delivery.
• Manage real estate portfolio to maximize asset value, occupancy, rent income, and ROI.
• Evaluate feasibility, market demand, valuations, investment risks, and financial returns.
• Oversee property and asset management operations for cost efficiency and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.
