Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks a seasoned Investment Leader to steer a diversified portfolio exceeding SAR 3 billion across public equities, private equity, and real estate. Develop and execute the investment strategy and lead a high-performing team to ensure sustainable growth.

You will govern risk, report to the Owner, and cultivate relationships with banks, funds, and strategic partners to maximize value creation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in investment, banking, private equity, asset management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in establishing or leading investment companies, investment offices, or similar entities.
• Strong and extensive Real Estate investment experience.
• Strong track record across Public Equity and Private Equity investments.
• Significant experience managing large investment portfolios, preferably SAR 3B+.
• Strong financial, investment analysis, valuation, and risk management expertise.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/CFA is preferred.

Responsibilities
