Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical degree with board certification or postgraduate specialty.
• Active SCFHS registration at Consultant level or clear eligibility.
• 15+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
• Experience delivering care in regulated healthcare environments; offshore/greenfield startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise clinical standards, quality expectations, and governance for all healthcare assets.
• Lead clinical governance, risk, and escalation across the enterprise.
• Develop and review clinical policies, care pathways, and SOPs aligned with international standards.
• Provide clinical advisory support on service models and readiness requirements.
• Foster partnerships, research, and academic collaboration to advance clinical excellence.

Education

MD/MBBS/MBChB or equivalent

Board certification or postgraduate specialty qualification

Active SCFHS registration at Consultant level or eligible
