Job summary

EJADA is seeking a Change Management Lead Consultant to drive Organizational Change Management during Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformations. You will ensure business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption while coordinating training and communications across affected functions.

Responsibilities include developing change strategies, conducting impact assessments, leading workshops, and supporting go-live readiness and hypercare activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certifications in Change Management or ERP transformation are preferred.
• +5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or Business Transformation.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS, SAP, or MS Dynamics is desirable.

Job description

The Change Management Lead Consultant is responsible for leading and executing Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities to support large-scale ERP transformation initiatives. The role ensures successful business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, user adoption, training, and organizational transition during the migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor to business and project stakeholders to maximize adoption and sustain long-term transformation outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy, framework, and roadmap for ERP transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder identification, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments across affected business functions.
• Develop and implement communication strategies, awareness campaigns, and engagement plans to support organizational readiness.
• Create and deliver change management materials, executive presentations, newsletters, workshops, and user communications.
• Design and execute training strategies, end-user enablement programs, knowledge transfer plans, and adoption initiatives.
• Assess organizational readiness and proactively identify and address resistance to change.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus groups, feedback sessions, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and functional consultants to align change activities with project objectives.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business readiness activities, go-live preparation, and hypercare support.
• Monitor adoption metrics, change effectiveness indicators, and user engagement levels and recommend corrective actions when required.
• Develop change governance frameworks and establish mechanisms to sustain organizational adoption post-implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related.
• Additional certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Organizational Development, or ERP Transformation.
• +5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, or Change Enablement.
• Experience working on Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, communication management, training, and user adoption programs.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational and technology transformation projects.
