Job summary

Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) is seeking an AFCAP V PSAB: CE Operations Support Specialist to provide customer support, identify facility needs, and manage work orders at Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia. The role covers BOS-I services for 4,000 personnel and requires strong coordination with U.S.

forces, KSA partners, and mission occupants. Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, resource planning, permit management, and WRRB facilitation.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and active secret clearance are required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant operational experience on similar contracts.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors, and manages work order priority program and ensures compliance with limits.
• Operates computer and communications equipment to support workforce management and records.
• Coordinate customer work, facility inspections, and service disruptions within stated timelines.
• Identify, estimate, plan, and procure resources for approved work.
• Review work requests and advise on best execution methods; provide work order status to customers.
• Obtain digging, welding, and confined space permits with appropriate approvals.
• Manage WRRB process meetings, agendas, and facilitation for work accomplishment.
• Collaborate with U.S. deployed forces and KSA partners; share needed information.
• Ensure contractual performance objectives are met and submittals provided to government.
• Available within two hours of notification to meet with Government personnel.
