• Provide friendly and courteous service and address customer questions and concerns promptly
• Scan products, ensure correct prices, and assist with inventory checks for out-of-stock items
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer, process payments, and balance the till at start and end of shifts
• Handle refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies
• Assist customers with locating products and inform them about promotions and sales
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
• Adhere to store safety standards and cash handling procedures to prevent theft or fraud

• Transaction Processing
• Accurately process payments including cash credit debit and gift cards and issue receipts
• Customer Service
• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers Address customer concerns questions or complaints promptly and professionally
• Product Scanning and Pricing
• Scan items ensure correct prices and assist in checking inventory levels for out-of-stock items
• Cash Management
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer process cash and card payments and balance the till at the start and end of shifts
