Carpenter Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Mecca. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and repair of structures, furniture, and other wooden items. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a carpenter and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters on job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine materials needed for projects
• Inspect work progress to ensure quality standards are met
• Train new carpenters on techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
• Collaborate with project managers to plan schedules, budgets, and materials needed for projects
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a carpenter
• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Must be able to read blueprints and drawings accurately
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one is required
