Job summary

Hilton Riyadh is seeking a C&E Manager to lead event set-up operations, drive seamless turnover, and uphold presentation standards across banquet spaces to meet client specifications and schedule. You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with Culinary & F&B, coach staff, and foster Hilton’s guest-centric culture while delivering memorable experiences in a demanding hospitality setting.

• Oversee event set-up and inspections to ensure spaces are prepared to client specifications and on schedule
• Drive seamless event turnover by supervising breakdown and clean-up to maintain cleanliness and readiness
• Uphold space presentation standards through furniture care, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning and overall banquet space presentation
• Support planning, organization and execution of all banquet functions
• Enhance guest experiences by collaborating with Culinary and F&B teams to monitor service quality and address feedback
• Champion Hilton’s culture by fostering a diverse, high-performing team aligned with company values
• Lead and develop banquet/facilities team members through coaching and issue resolution

As an C&E Manager, you’re not just providing leadership and direction for event set-up operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Oversee event set-up and inspections: Provide direction and oversight to the banquet set-up team, Meetings and Convention Services Managers, and Facilities Managers to ensure all event spaces are accurately prepared, meet client specifications, and are inspected on schedule

• Drive seamless event turnover: Oversee breakdown and clean-up procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness for future functions

• Uphold space presentation standards: Guide and assist team members with tasks such as furniture care, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and overall banquet space presentation

• Support event success: Assist with planning, organization and execution of all banquet functions

• Enhance guest experiences: Collaborate with the Culinary and F&B Teams to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and support improvements to the banqueting experience

• Champion company culture: Foster a diverse, high-performing team by integrating Hilton’s values into all event initiatives, creating a guest- and team member-centric environment, and leading with direct, meaningful engagement

• Lead and develop the team: Support and manage banquet/facilities team members, providing coaching, addressing issues promptly, and encouraging a motivated, collaborative work environment
