Overview
JOB PURPOSE:
The ICT Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for CCTV, ELV, and Security Systems across the KSA. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating with technical and project teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Responsibilities
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems, and ELV solutions.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, system integrators, and end clients.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposalsin coordination with the engineering team.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals profitably.
Market & Client Management
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the KSA security systems market.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Coordination & Project Support
- Coordinate with technical, estimation, and project teamsfor solution design and costing.
- Support project handover after sales closure and ensure smooth transition to execution teams.
- Follow up on payments, variations, and contract amendments in coordination with finance.
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue KPIs.
- Provide market feedback to management for product and strategy improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales within CCTV, ELV, or Security Systems in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of KSA security standards, vendors, and technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- KSA driving license preferred.
