A leading logistics company is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive its commercial growth in Saudi Arabia. This role involves developing market strategies, leading business development execution, and fostering partnerships to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, strong commercial acumen, and knowledge of the Saudi logistics ecosystem aligned with Vision 2030. The company emphasizes a customer-centric approach and seeks a results-driven individual.
Role Purpose
This Business Development Manager is responsible for driving Jadeer Logistics’ commercial growth agenda across all core service lines – Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Transport, Container Terminal Handling, ISO Tank Depot, and Warehousing & Distribution. This role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and ensuring revenue expansion aligned with Vision 2030 logistics transformation objectives and Jadeer’s growth roadmap.
Core Competencies
Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills. Deep understanding of end-to-end logistics operations (transport, forwarding, warehousing, ISO tanks, terminals). Strategic thinking with hands-on business execution. Negotiation and stakeholder management excellence. Customer-centric mindset with solution-based selling approach. Strong analytical and presentation capabilities. Digital proficiency (CRM, Power BI, TMS/WMS/DMS integrations).
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management (Master’s preferred). Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain business development. Proven track record in achieving revenue and profitability targets across multiple logistics services. Experience in leading a BD team and coordinating with cross-functional departments. Familiarity with Saudi logistics ecosystem, Vision 2030, Mawani, and TGA regulations.
