Job description
Job Title: Business Development Manager (AEC Sector)

Location: Riyadh, KSA (Field-& Offbased)

Reports to: General Manager / Owner

1. Position Objective

Azdah is seeking a high-energy, bilingual Business Development Manager to drive growth across our three core pillars: Infrastructure, Architectural Metal/Glass, and Digital Reality Capture (BIM/Scanning). The candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships with Tier-1 contractors, engineering consultants, and Giga-project developers (e.g., Roshn, DGDA, NEOM).

2. Key Responsibilities
  • Market Outreach: Conduct daily field visits to architectural firms, engineering consultancies, and real estate developers in Riyadh and surrounding areas.
  • Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify leads for infrastructure tenders, facade fabrication subcontracts, and Scan-to-BIM services.
  • Client Presentations: Present Azdah’s “Capability Statements” and technical solutions to procurement managers and technical directors.
  • Reporting: Submit detailed Weekly Sales Reports outlining:
    • Companies visited and key personnel met.
    • Current project requirements and upcoming tenders.
    • Clear “Next Steps” and follow-up actions for the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure quotes and proposals align with client expectations.
3. Requirements & Qualification
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Saudi AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
  • Language: Native or professional fluency in both Arabic and English (Mandatory).
  • Network: An existing “Rolodex” or network of contacts within Riyadh’s consulting and development firms.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, professional presence, and ability to read technical project requirements.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid Saudi Driver’s License and a personal vehicle.

5. Trial & Sponsorship Process
  • Trial Period: 3-month probationary period to assess performance and cultural fit.
  • Iqama Transfer: Upon successful completion of the trial period and meeting sales KPIs, Azdah will initiate a full Sponsorship (Iqama) Transfer to our company portal (Qiwa).
