Job summary

700Apps is seeking a Business Analysis Team Lead to own requirements, process design, and stakeholder alignment for an enterprise Board Management System for a government entity in KSA.

The role leads the BA team, drives BRD/SRS/FRD documents, maps AS-IS and TO-BE processes, writes User Stories and Use Cases, runs workshops with stakeholders, and supports UAT and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT.
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements management.
• Proven ability to produce BRD, SRS and FRD documents.
• Proficient in BPMN, UML and Use Case modeling.
• Experience gathering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder and expectation management.
• Experience with enterprise/workflow/board management systems.
• Knowledge of governance and digital transformation frameworks.
