Job summary

700Apps is seeking a Business Analysis Team Lead to own requirements, process design, and stakeholder alignment for an enterprise Board Management System in KSA.

You will lead the BA team, map processes, write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and run stakeholder workshops to ensure alignment across government stakeholders. Experience with governance/digital transformation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or IT.
• 10+ years in business analysis and requirements management.
• Strong BRD, SRS, and FRD documentation.
• BPMN, UML, and Use Case modeling.
• Functional and non-functional requirements gathering.
• Stakeholder and expectation management.
• Experience with enterprise workflow or board management systems.
• Knowledge of governance and digital transformation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BA team and own the requirements lifecycle.
• Prepare and approve BRD, SRS, and FRD documents.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and perform gap analysis.
• Write User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Run workshops with stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Support UAT and drive change management and user training.
