Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, specializing in breakfast and room service operations. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes and maintain hygiene and presentation standards.

With 3-5 years of experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant, you will work closely with the Sous Chef, support menu development for breakfast and in-room dining, and guide junior team members while delivering guest-satisfying service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong background in breakfast and room service operations.
• Knowledge of Asian and International cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and room service dishes with consistency and creativity.
• Ensure efficient mise en place and smooth service during early shifts.
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service delivery.
• Support menu development for breakfast and in-room dining offerings.
• Train and guide junior team members when required.
• In charge of the breakfast and IRD operation
