Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Specialist - Brand Production to coordinate and execute the production of brand assets across print, environmental graphics, events, and campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams, branding agencies, and vendors to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in branding agencies or production environments, expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding of print production, exhibitions, and activation

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience within a Branding Agency, Creative Agency, or Production House.
• 3-5 years in Brand Production, Production Coordination, Graphic Production or related fields.
• Experience working on events, exhibitions, experiential activations, retail branding, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end production of branded assets, including signage, environmental graphics, exhibitions, events, and retail branding.
• Support the implementation of brand guidelines across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Prepare, edit, and organize production-ready artwork files using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate artwork revisions, proofs, mock-ups, and sample reviews with agencies and vendors.
• Assist in site surveys, production planning, and installation supervision when required.
• Maintain a centralized archive of artwork files, templates, and production assets.
