Job summary

Four Colors in Unaizah seeks a Brand / Graphic Designer to turn strategy into visual reality. The role is full-time and on-site, handling logos, visual identities, typography, color systems, grids, and pattern development from concept to guidelines.

You will present concepts to clients and ensure consistency across stationery, menus, packaging, and social templates, delivering presentation-ready brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Job description

The Brand / Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Unaizah. This role turns strategy into visual reality - from the first logo sketch to a complete, presentation-ready brand guidelines document.

Day-to-day tasks include designing logos and full visual identities (Arabic and English) from scratch, building typography and color systems, and developing patterns, grids, and layout structures that hold an identity together. The Designer prepares comprehensive brand guidelines and applies the identity across real-world touchpoints - stationery, social media templates, menus, and packaging. The role also involves presenting design concepts to clients, explaining creative decisions clearly, and maintaining visual consistency across every deliverable.

Qualifications

• Skills in Logo Design and Visual Identity Systems to build cohesive, scalable brand identities
• Skills in Typography, Color Theory, and Grid Systems for both digital and print applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience designing brand identities (agency or freelance)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across large sets of deliverables
• Ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly without losing design quality
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken

Certifications (preferred, not required)

• Adobe Certified Professional - Visual Design (ACP)
• Coursework in Branding & Visual Identity (Coursera / Udemy / LinkedIn Learning)
• Figma certification - a plus, not required
