Job summary

alfanar is seeking a Creative Director to lead the creative design activities across campaigns and marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visual content. You will translate briefs into actionable directions, review concepts for relevance and impact, and manage end-to-end delivery with a focus on meeting business objectives.

In this role, you will manage the design team, ensure adherence to brand guidelines across markets, and drive improvements in creative processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing & Communications or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant work experience in creative/design leadership.
• Strong command of visual storytelling and brand governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction across campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual standards.
• Oversee end-to-end creative workflow from brief to delivery.
• Guide designers, photographers, and video teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Develop and refine brand guidelines as needed.
