Job summary

Alfanar seeks a creative design lead to shape product advertising and promotional materials across print and digital media. You will mentor the graphic design team, ensure brand aesthetics, and collaborate with sales and marketing to develop packaging concepts that meet client needs.

You will maintain an up-to-date knowledge of design trends, archive visual assets, and oversee deliveries from concept through final output, ensuring compliance with company standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Academic qualification: Diploma or Degree in Design/Related field.
• 4–6 years of work experience in design and branding.

Responsibilities

• Create quality and creative design ideas for product advertisement and promotional needs.
• Lead and supervise the graphic design team; ensure brand aesthetics across deliverables.
• Develop packaging concepts; collaborate with sales/marketing to meet client needs.
• Deliver marketing collaterals from concept to final output; monitor schedules and quality.
• Maintain brand identity; archive product visuals and ensure consistency.
