Job summary

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to lead a team in picking, packing and delivery operations in Jeddah. You will drive daily performance, coaching 10+ staff and ensuring adherence to standards and safety.

The role focuses on optimizing scheduling, coordinating with stores, and maintaining KPIs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 10+ employees.
• Retail and E-commerce background preferred.
• English language required (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Supervise duty schedule and maintain hygiene.
• Optimize use of pickers, admins and drivers to meet pick-rate and on-time handover.
• Collaborate with store ops for replenishment and availability.
• Train the team on procedures.
• Ensure daily targets and KPIs are met.
• Manage assets and consumables (bags, boxes, picking devices).
• Escalate disruptions with service desk.

Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

• Supervises and monitors duty schedule including timing and personal hygiene.
• Executes the best utilization of pickers, admins, and drivers, follow pick-rate and on time handover and delivery.
• Collaborates with store operations team for replenishment and availability.
• Trains the team for the best follow of procedures.
• Ensures delivering daily targets and KPIs
• Ensure availability of assets and consumables ( bags , boxes, picking devices … )
• Communicates with area operations lead on daily operations and needs.
• Communicate with service desk for any escalations disrupting the operation
