Job summary

Azizia Panda United Inc. in Riyadh is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Fulfilment Centre activities, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal costs.

You will supervise a team of team leaders, OFA & drivers, coordinate stock control, warehousing, and customer inquiries while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Fulfilment Centre operations.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety policies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the total operations of the Fulfilment Centre including team management, cost control, and SLA/KPI performance.
• Ensure health and safety policies are understood and adhered to, promoting equal opportunities.
• Organize and manage Team leaders, OFA & drivers shifts to ensure staff availability.
• Respond to customer questions promptly, presenting Panda Click as a professional on-line retailer.
• Develop an expert e-commerce team, allocating tasks daily to increase productivity and sales.
• Review customer ratings on e-commerce accounts and maintain high communication standards.
• Execute stock control processes, including stock taking and level recording.
• Oversee the team's work to maintain high quality standards and develop skills.

Job Purpose

Manages the operations under the guidance of the E-commerce & take responsibility for the day to day management of the online merchandising and sales including the shipment of goods to our. Ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right customers on time and at a good cost. involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the total operations of Fulfilment Centre including team management, cost control and performance against SLA’S and KPI’S.
• Ensure the company’s health and safety policies are fully understood and adhered to, as well as promoting a culture of equal opportunities.
• Organizing and mange Team leaders, OFA & drivers shifts to ensure staff availably .
• Responding to customer questions and queries in a timely manner reflecting Panda Click as a professional on-line retailer at all times.
• manage and develop an expert e-commerce team, allocating tasks and activities on a day to day basis, with a view to increasing productivity and sales.
• Review customer’s ratings on e-commerce accounts, ensuring that all communication with customers is conducted in a manner that will maintain and/or increase ratings.
• Execute processes and procedures that support good stock control, including stock taking and recording of stock level
• To oversee and check the work of the team regularly to ensure that high quality standards are maintained and assist in the development of the team members skills.
