Opus Inventory Accountant position based in Riyadh and the Eastern Region requires auditing of branch inventories and reconciliation with records. You will prepare reports, analyze variances, and ensure internal controls are followed across locations.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with SOCPA membership, be proficient in Excel and inventory systems, and willing to travel between Riyadh and the Eastern Region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with SOCPA membership.
• Experience in inventory auditing and accounting, preferably in fashion/retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Willingness to travel between Riyadh and the Eastern Region.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct periodic and surprise inventory audits for branch inventories in Riyadh and the Eastern Region.
• Reconcile actual inventory with system data and identify variances.
• Analyze variances, determine causes, and report recommendations.
• Review item movement including sales, transfers, receiving and returns.
• Ensure accurate recording of items, quantities and prices per procedures.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports for the Finance Department.
• Monitor slow-moving or damaged items and include in reports.
• Coordinate with branch managers and warehouse staff during audits.
• Ensure compliance with inventory audit policies and internal controls.
• Participate in annual audits and field visits as planned.
