Job summary

ASMACS is seeking a BMS Operator for a facilities maintenance role in Saudi Arabia. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, and related system operations. A diploma or certification is required, with preference for building operation and maintenance exposure.

The position offers meals/food allowance, accommodation and transportation support, and OT as provided by the company. A competitive package will be discussed for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Facilities Maintenance experience in HVAC controls, BMS and related systems.
• Minimum certificate or diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in Building Operation & Maintenance or Facility Management Projects.

Responsibilities

• BMS Operator will monitor and operate building management systems for ongoing operations.
• Oversee HVAC controls, electrical and mechanical services, and emergency systems.
• Support operation and maintenance activities on facility management projects.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and ensure OT as applicable.
