Job summary

Azdah is seeking a BIM Coordinator located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires managing BIM files, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the system remains up-to-date. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience, ideally up to 7 years.
• Experience working with subcontractors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Mechanical Detailing and Shop Drawings.

• Performing clash checks and reviewing detected issues.

Salary: Based on Experience

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator who will be responsible for managing BIM (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) files and keeping the system up to date through close communication/coordination with subcontractors and the client company.

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will work closely with the BIM Project Manager and the BIM Technical Team to perform the following tasks:

• Daily coordination of BIM files of subcontractors and suppliers.


• Meetings reporting project progress, troubleshooting, and documentation.


• HVAC, EQUIPMENT, CABLE TRAY, PIPE, Structural, ARCH Modeling


• Extracting 2D drawings, BOQ (Schedule)


• Comparing 2D and 3D modeling


• Creating .rfa files and update/modify in Revit


• Clash checks/ reviewing/ detecting issues


• Managing .nwf files


• Extracting .nwc, nwd files


• Drawing and reviewing


• Respond to correspondence related to BIM, Proactive communication with subcontractors.


• Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years (up to 7 years) of related experience.


• Proven ability to comfortably utilize 3D modeling programs such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD daily.


• Experience working with subcontractors.


• Analytical thinking and demonstrated ability to solve problems.


• Degree/Diploma in Project Management or Engineering.


• Minimum 5 years of experience Mechanical Detailing, Shop Drawings, Etc.


• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD is a MUST.


• Familiarity with Revit Mechanical Families.


• Good communication skills and leadership skills.


• Be a team player and have multi-disciplinary co-ordination skills.
