Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in BIM coordination and architectural design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Good working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, landscape, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Ensure effective integration of design information across all project stakeholders.
• Review and maintain BIM models to ensure compliance with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and naming conventions.
• Monitor model quality, consistency, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate with design teams to resolve identified issues.
• Track clashes, follow up on actions, and support timely resolution.
• Manage model federation and support interdisciplinary coordination reviews.
• Lead or participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Support the production of drawings, schedules, and reports directly from BIM models.
• Prepare BIM coordination reports and highlight key technical issues, risks, and action items.
• Assist in the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), workflows, and project-specific BIM procedures.
• Ensure alignment with internal BIM standards and client requirements.
• Maintain BIM content libraries, templates, families, and standards for consistent project delivery.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement in BIM processes and coordination efficiency.
