Job summary

Al Qadisiyah is seeking a motivated Digital Fan Engagement Executive to support the club's digital campaigns, content creation, copywriting and graphic design. The role offers hands-on experience across the mobile app, website, CRM and fan engagement platforms in a professional football club environment.

You will contribute to increasing fan engagement, app downloads and ticketing/retail performance, while learning keyword research and content optimization to reach more fans.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or entry-level with interest in digital content marketing and design.
• Fluency in Arabic and English spoken and written.
• Passion for football, sport and digital fan engagement.
• Basic knowledge of adobe creative apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management, organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging bilingual Arabic & English content for the Club’s digital estate (mobile app, website).
• Write short-form copy for CRM growth initiatives (email, WhatsApp, push notifications).
• Design digital assets—banners, visuals, campaign graphics—aligned with brand guidelines and drive engagement.
• Support delivery of digital campaigns across CRM, website, app and fan platforms to grow audience.
• Assist with commercialization initiatives on digital estate, including promos and partner content.
• Contribute to stadium-related digital fan engagement content for future stadium.
• Prepare digital communications to educate about stadium attendance, access and events.
• Provide ideas to enhance fan experience during match-days and events.
• Support fan insights, track engagement and campaign performance across platforms.
• Assist in reporting for CRM campaigns, app usage and content engagement.
• Provide departmental and administrative support for the digital team.
