Job summary

Raya logistic services is seeking a data‑driven Business Analyst to bridge operations, finance, and growth in Riyadh. You will translate scheduling data, labor costs, and market metrics into decisions that improve margins and profitability.

Bilingual Arabic and English skills are essential for field and client communications. You will own analytics across field operations, commercial performance, and reporting, building models and dashboards to drive efficiency, pricing, and contract

Qualifications

4+ years of business analysis experience in operations and commercial analytics.
Proficient in Excel/Sheets with pivot tables and modeling; BI tools required.
Fluency in Arabic and English for cross‑functional communication.
Background in facility management, logistics, or related services.

Responsibilities

Analyze labor productivity metrics to refine scheduling and staffing models.
Build contract profitability frameworks accounting for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
Monitor SLAs and KPIs, investigate bottlenecks and track corrective actions.
Evaluate route planning, shift allocations, and new contract mobilizations to curb idle time.
Track material and resource consumption against benchmarks to reduce waste.
Support workforce forecasting by analyzing retention, absenteeism, and timelines.
Measure commercial performance across acquisition channels and costs.
Evaluate customer retention, renewals, and at‑risk indicators.
Analyze market segments to identify high‑margin growth opportunities.
Support pricing strategies, tender reviews, and bid modeling to optimize costs.
Assess cross‑sell and upsell potential across service offerings.
