Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or Sharia; LL.M preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents, contracts, NDAs, and service agreements; provide concise recommendations.
• Analyze and summarize complex legal documents and propose amendments with attention to detail.
• Support M&A transactions through due diligence and advisory work.
• Prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for litigation and ADR proceedings.
• Develop work plans, allocate tasks, manage timelines, and track billable hours.
