The candidate should have strong experience in construction cost estimation and proficiency in tools like Power BI. Qualifications

• Proven experience in specific cost planning and estimation in construction or development projects.
• Experience working in the local (GCC) construction industry for 2 years or more is preferred.
• Membership in MRICS, AIQS or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven benchmarking processes for pre-contract estimation.
• Compile and maintain construction cost data for various assets.
• Create interactive dashboards using Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
