Job type/Contract: Contractual (Single Status). Start as soon as possible
Duration: 01/03/26 to 28/02/27
Hours/ Rotation: Rotation of 60 days on site and 10 days off (paid) & 2 days traveling (paid). 10 hours per day (including 1 hour break)
Salary range: Excellent salary package with benefits. Single Status.
Accommodation and Transportation: Accommodation (Meals) provided by the company. Transportation provided by the company. Round trip ticket on each rotation (Economy class).

Job Summary: The BBS Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program within the organization. This role focuses on promoting safe work practices by observing employee behaviors, providing feedback, and driving safety culture improvements.
Responsibilities
- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement the BBS program, ensuring it aligns with organizational safety goals and regulatory requirements.
- Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to reinforce safe behaviors and correct unsafe practices.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of observations, feedback, and safety performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Safety Campaigns: Organize and lead safety campaigns and initiatives to promote a safe behavioral attitude.
- Communication: Communicate safety performance and BBS program updates to all levels of the organization, including management and employees.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the BBS program based on feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.
- Behavioral Observations: Conduct regular observations of employee behaviors to identify safe and unsafe practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably within the construction or oil and gas industry.
- Certifications: IOSH, NEBOSH, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
