Job summary

Foodics, a leading restaurant management ecosystem based in Riyadh, is seeking a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Specialist with strong IT and Disaster Recovery background to strengthen resilience across the organization.

In this role you will coordinate DR planning and testing, perform BIA and risk assessments, maintain BCM documentation, and collaborate with IT, Information Security, and business units to ensure readiness against disruptions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in BCM, IT DR or IT risk roles.
• Familiar with BCM lifecycle including BIA, risk assessments and testing.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., SAMA) for BCM/DR.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of BCM and IT DR frameworks.
• Coordinate DR planning, testing, and execution with IT and tech teams.
• Assist in BIA and risk assessments across business and IT functions.
• Monitor BCM and DR action plans and report outcomes to management.
• Develop and maintain BCM/DR documentation and recovery procedures.
• Participate in BCM/DR tests, exercises, and after-action reviews.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure BCM/DR requirements are understood and followed.
• Support regulatory, audit, and internal assessments related to BCM/IT resilience.
• Prepare BCM/DR reports and metrics for management and committees.
