Job Scope

The Barista Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while ensuring exceptional service standards and maintaining the highest level of product quality. The role focuses on delivering a memorable guest experience, maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, and supporting the overall food and beverage operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, specialty drinks, cocktails, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests at all times.
• Ensure beverages are prepared consistently and presented according to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and beverage preparation areas.
• Monitor beverage stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor or manager.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all beverage products and ingredients.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations while preparing beverages.
• Promote beverage offerings and make recommendations to guests when appropriate.
• Handle guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all equipment such as coffee machines and bar tools are properly maintained and cleaned.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bar area.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow grooming standards.
• Support other food and beverage team members when required.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and beverage service standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
