Job summary

Arabian Drilling Co. seeks an experienced offshore captain to oversee the safe operation of offshore drilling rigs, with authority over vessel safety, pollution prevention, and overall command.

You will navigate, lead the crew, and collaborate closely with onshore support for successful operations. You will make crucial real-time decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and request company assistance when necessary, bringing strong leadership and extensive experience in demanding offshore

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marine Officer.
• Master Mariner Class-1 Certificate of Competency.
• COC Dynamic Positioning Operator (DPO) certification.
• STCW Regulation III/2.
• Chief Engineer certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee navigation and vessel operations on offshore rigs.
• Lead crew, manage performance and safety culture.
• Coordinate with onshore support and maintain clear communication.

3 years of experience as a Captain or senior officer on offshore drilling rigsDemonstrated experience in safe and efficient vessel operations in offshore environments Proven leadership and crew management skills Strong understanding of international maritime regulations and company policies Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience navigating in challenging weather conditions preferred
