Le Café LPM in Al Khobar is seeking a Bar Manager to own and evolve our bar program from morning coffees to evening cocktails. You will lead a high-volume, guest-facing operation and ensure offerings are fairly priced and executed with precision.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. This role offers a competitive salary and incentives within a globally recognised group.

What The Role Is

You own everything in the glass at Le Café LPM - from the morning coffee to the last cocktail of the night. You shape the offer, evolve it with intention, and make sure it feels unmistakably us. An honest list, fairly priced, executed with precision. A team that loves what they do and shows it.

What We Are Looking For

Someone who has led a Bar programme in a high-volume, guest-facing environment. All-day dining or lifestyle restaurant experience is a strong advantage.

A natural federator - someone who brings the bar, the floor, and the kitchen together around the drink.

Commercially sharp without letting the numbers flatten the experience.

English written and spoken is a must. Arabic is a genuine advantage.
