Accor seeks a Banquet Supervisor to ensure flawless event execution and the highest service standards. You will lead setup, coordinate with the Chef on menus, and supervise service throughout banquets, ensuring safety and cleanliness across all areas.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a similar role, strong leadership, and a degree in Hospitality or Event Planning. This full‑time position requires on‑site work at our events and hotels.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional interaction with clients, staff and management.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a proven track record of successful event execution.
• Ability to perform under high pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership to supervise and motivate a team to uphold rigorous service standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency in event planning and coordination, including Banquet Event Orders and menu management.
• Solid understanding of safety and cleanliness standards in food service and hospitality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple events.
• Commitment to attend all required meetings and training sessions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality or event role.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee setup of function rooms according to Banquet Event Orders.
• Verify all pre-requisitions for functions to ensure timely setup.
• Coordinate with the Chef to understand event menus and requirements.
• Supervise banquet service to uphold consistent quality and standards.
• Monitor banquet service equipment and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage the requisition process for items needing replacement.
• Attend and contribute to management meetings and training sessions.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness protocols in service and storage areas.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
